EVENT:
The event is divided into the following divisions:
Men Women
Open Open
30+ 30+
40+ 40+
50+
AWARDS:
Medals to all individuals of all divisions and age groups.
OFFICIALS
Sport Coordinator: Supervises all facets of event.
Timekeeper: One shall be assigned for the event. The timekeeper is responsible for the all timing and recording of participant times and order of finish.
A Protest Committee consisting of the event coordinator, a neutral third party coach, and a member of the executive staff shall be assembled on matters regarding protests. The decision rendered by this committee is final.
PERSONNEL
Check-in table workers: one (1) person to work the competitor check-in table located at each venue each day of competition. They work under the direct supervision of the Sport Coordinator.
FACILITY
The facility should be adequate for pre-race, racing and post-race activities
SCHEDULING
A participants briefing will be held prior to the event will explain the rules and regulations, the start time and locations.
General Information
Every attempt will be made to have the event as a 5k loop. The 5k and 10k event may be run at the same time - with the 10K running a second loop.
